Qualifications:ツPlease apply if you meet these qualifications:
Associate’s degree required
CRS -Recovery Specialist or CPS 窶 Peer Specialist certification required
Prior clinical behavioral health experienced preferred
Knowledge of behavioral health resources preferred
Demonstrated problem solving, critical thinking, and organizational skills preferred
Strong written, verbal and communication skills; ability to interact professionally with a diverse group of clients and staff preferred
Able to deliver clear and concise presentations to varied audiences preferred
Ability to use Microsoft Office (Excel, Power Point, Word) preferred

Description:Responsibilities for this position include but are not limited to the following:

Serving as a single point of contact for treating physicians, clinicians and patients
Providing resources and assisting with accessing clinical and supportive care services offered within UPHS and in the community
Facilitating patient appointments, including those made with behavioral health programs, MAT physicians, labs, diagnostic areas, and specialty physicians
Providing long-term engagement, support, and encouragement
Utilizing industry standard processes to generate specifications for implementation
Serving as a model for both those in recovery and staff
