Qualifications:

す Bachelor’s Degree (behavioral health /social service related preferred).
す At least 1 year of clinical experience in a health or human service agency, preferably within a drug and
alcohol treatment setting.ツキ
す Must be able to work evening and weekend shifts.ツキ
す Excellent documentation skills and familiarity with Microsoft office software.ツキ
す Excellent communication skills and the ability to develop rapport with a variety of personality types.ツキ
す Skilled in multi-tasking and working well under pressure.

す Supervision of daily client activities in a respectful and caring manner. This role includes aspects of
mentoring and rapport-building with clients in the program.
す Provision of case management services for clients in the program to include ongoing completion of various
reports and documentation.
す Monitoring and recording student progress in the program.
す Assisting with drug screening procedures
す Assisting Intake Coordinator with intake procedures as needed.
す Transporting and supervising clients at various program activities.
す Assistance with client intake, discharge, and aftercare planning.
す Participation in weekly treatment team meetings.
す Teaching classes as assigned.
す Investigating student incidents, connecting with other staff, and assisting in administration of appropriate
discipline as necessary.
