Title:ツEastern Regional Supervisor

Required Knowledge, Skill and Abilities:
1. Familiarity with all MA, HealthChoices, MCOs, and County guidelines, standards, requirements and codes for facilitating RASE Programs.
2. Ability to conceptualize and implement a regional program.
3. Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships with staff and government representatives from other agencies, organizations as well as the public.
4. Ability to effectively supervise and train staff.
5. Thorough knowledge of documentation requirements, chemical dependency cultures, case management protocol, treatment strategies, and the recovery community.
6. Complete understanding of Recovery Principles.
7. Thorough knowledge of personnel, and contract management.
8. Ability to exercise effective supervision and develop and evaluate Programs and staff.
9. Ability to use technology to maintain records.
10. Ability to speak and write effectively and provide public presentations.
11. Ability to provide effective supervision of Program staff.
12. Ability to work effectively with Senior Programs Supervisor, Director of Programs, CEO and other related entities.
13. Exemplary communication skills.
Minimum Requirements:
1. Education and Training: Bachelor窶冱 degree.
2. Experience: Three – five years of clinical experience in a Drug and Alcohol facility.
3. Experience: Three to five years responsible and varied program management.
4. Recovery: If recovering, five years窶 minimum of sustained recovery.
Substitutions: Under the discretion of the Director of Programs, appropriate substitutions may be considered for individuals with an equivalent combination of education, training, and experience.


Duties and Responsibilities:
1. Oversee operation of medication assisted programs (that is: BCP; VCP) and other Programs in assigned region.
2. Maintain relationships with prescribing physicians.
3. Develop, plan and implement strategies to monitor and improve Programs.
4. Ensure exemplary staffing for the Programs through effective training and supervision.
5. Provide consistent, ongoing supervision of Program staff.
6. Ensure exemplary participant chart record keeping.
7. Maintain confidentiality standards in accordance with state and MA guidelines.
8. Manage all MA, HealthChoices, MCOs, and County site reviews producing positive results.
9. Provide ongoing and consistent review of participant files.
10. Meet with affiliated agencies as needed.
11. Develop and enforce quality control procedures.
12. Represent RASE Project at various professional meetings.
13. Other duties and responsibilities as assigned.

Salary will commiserate with Minimum Requirements actualized.
