Title: Recovery Specialist- Warm Hand Off for Overdose Survivors Program
Qualifications: -High School diploma or GED.
-Two years of uninterrupted recovery
-Valid driver窶冱 license and a properly insured, functional vehicle -CRS credential or a willingness to acquire a CRS credential within the first year of hire.
Description: -Emergency Responder Services -Field emergency calls at any time of the day (7 days per week 365 days per year) per an on-call schedule and present in person within a specific time frame.
-Execute protocols obtained from training in overdose protocols, available resources, clinically appropriate treatment, education, intervention, assessment, referral and other necessary resources.
-Develop rapport with emergency departments and their personnel in York and Adams counties.
-Complete Level of Care Assessments
-Utilization of Pennsylvania Client Placement Criteria (PCPC) -Assure participant obtain the appropriate level of care.
-Assure participants reintegrate to society and social settings upon receiving appropriate level of care.

-Ability to establish rapport with multi-cultural participant -Ability to effectively and appropriately share personal stories and experiences to assist -Ability to use current technology, e. computers, smart phones, etc.
-Ability to facilitate educational
-Ability to act as liaison with local recovery -Ability to fully execute participant record-keeping as outlined in the policy and
