PRO-A has long been a leader in peer training

In September 2008 the PA Recovery Organizations Alliance and the PA Certification Board announced the availability of the new Certified Recovery Specialist (CRS) credential. The two year effort, to develop a unique and distinct certification, recognized the efforts and work done by recovering individuals in the community.
