This webinar gives an overview of the Warm Hand-Off process and gives a history of how the Warm Hand-Off Program came to fruition. Elements of a Warm Hand-Off in a crisis setting will be discussed, self-care for persons providing the Warm Hand-Off will be reviewed, as well as how CRS’s can assist in the process.
